The KOD -1 was drilled last year in my assumption as well. I received e- mail from John at the time informing that rig is on site and they will drill more holes but it is too cold to do so.
I agree that SPE made a progress.
I complained that everybody is stealing headlines here and continue to do so as long as financing is not a closed issue. When they have money they are on their own and at last they will be looked at as a single company not a member of bunch of juniors who took on K.
I can almost taste the share appreciation than.
My 2 months thing comes also from John who used that period in e-mail to me and also on the thread.
My conclusion as of SBL being interested earlier refers to Jan 15. which brought this subject to public view. If facts weren't there they would not published it, Jan. 15 is the date when we first heard about them, company did it obviously earlier.
I was thinking yesterday that more likely two months count would be from execution of term sheet with SBL dated Jan 30/98 and as 2 months are something which was called a "usual" period I think only those who are doing t&l dd know when to expect a result. I hold believe that 6-7 months is the period we have left for Mizek start up in 1998 and as shareholder, I would like to see shares go up rather sooner than later in order to establish new trading levels. This switch would come with final approval and transfer the money to SPE in my opinion. Now every day forward without a news is being taken away from that 6M frame and although I am aware, this is just a perception( by all we know they money could be there and they are working already on development)but the one which may cost us headache watching the everyday's trading.
We need to close this chapter and move on to operating scenarios, profits, production levels, generally all boring stuff and the exciting ones like Akbastau North,Selety, K&A, Southern Urals.
Of course there is no guarantee that all of it if accomplished will make the stock move up. It will just confirm how reliable SPE is,their plans and K as place of their business.
