Boy, Oracles upside surprise must have really knocked you senseless to come over here and open a subject on a stock you obviously don't own.
Now, while everyone is under the ether of MSFT is GOD, and you obviously pray to them, answer a few small problems that I hope you are paying attention too.
1. Intel and Compaq are in dire straits at THIS moment with very bad earnings. NOT SELLING ANY COMPUTERS. These computers have MSFT software in them, correct me if I'm wrong, Question: Will not MSFT feel quite a pinch from this?
2. DOJ I'd say this is a VERT BIG PROBLEM. By this I mean, Windows 98 Ain't coming out until this is resolved, regardless what MSFT tells you. I would say it is fair to assume this bodes poorly for future revs. and BAD PUBLICITY- wouldn't you agree?
3. NCI just inked deal with Cable and Wireless of Britain to supply ALL the cable homes in England. Now, are we still going to insist that Ellison is an asshole and doesn't know what the F--- he's doing?
4. This a MAJOR point that absolutely NOONE has picked up from Oracle's conference call. They are working on a deal with Rothschild banking interests ( for those of you who need to know, they own 80% of the WORLD- make rockefeller look like a boyscout) to start a GLOBAL TRADING SYSTEM.
5. Your man Ellison obviously has some SERIOUS connections.
6. Since this is Oracle's board, I have no problem letting you know how I feel about MSFT. I think they suck and I would recommend if you are a holder, to take your profits now because Oracle's past is MSFT future.
7. Oracle posted their result's and they beat estimates, period. Neither you nor I can change that. Perhaps we could call Larry E. and tell him what YOU think he obviously should know.
8. So, I suggest you ponder the above points about MSFT and worry about them. Oracle proved their earnings-MSFT is going to have their chance real soon. What is your attitude going to be if they miss ? |
