Most important point: there is a time frame, which the newly merged company has to meet the initial listing requirements. I'm not sure what that time frame is, but I will follow it up.

Go to www.nasdaq.com. Firamada has all of the initial listing requirements in place, or will have them in place, by the time the merger is complete, except for minimum bid price.

Based on trailing eps or the new share count, they would have to trade at a PE multiple of only 12. Based on project earnings for this year, much less.
