Hello! Dave,
As CVIA approaches the merger/acquistion goal ( in my opinion!) it is interesting and refreshing to see the many new CVIA Thread participants that have been sharing their thoughts and opinions, over the past few weeks!
I sense that it may be an anticipated expectation level by many observers of what may or may not be the first phase of CVIA's return to a thriving business environment.
My guess is that since Jack Arnold has been quite open about the general time frame that we could expect the next series of news releases/ progress reports, I don't feel that I am going out to far on a limb in speculating that this coming week, may very well give us a bettor sense as to what the future will hold in store for CVIA.
Over the last several months there have been some interesting and well thought out postings from various CVIA Thread participants, such as Brad, D LEE, Milk, only to mention a few!
We even recently had examples where thread readers that at one time were skeptical of any positive future for CVIA, are now starting to express a sense or feeling of optimism! ( Just my own opinion!)
We have even most recently had one of our newest CVIA Thread participants, namely Matt, express some interesting views /thoughts that were clearly and concisely presented regarding CVIA!
Matt, in a recent contribution, made an interesting comment that caught my attention. He indicated something to the fact that there are sometimes examples of companies that have a share trading price that can be trading at much higher multiples then what the industry book value might appear to warrant! I believe one example that he sited was a stock that recently had a book value in the range of $4.50 yet was apparently trading in the $100.+ per share price range!
This rather significant example of course can not compare to our shell company CVIA ( at least at this point in time, to the best of my knowledge!) which only last Friday could still be purchased for under .02 cents per share.
From all the discussion that has taken place, I imagine that it would not be a complete surprise, that if at some point in the near future, we found out that a merger with WOTD had been completed, in conjunction with the first acquisition in the $3 Million price range.
It of course is any shareholders guess as to what the share value or share trading price will elevate to ( or otherwise) if and when such merger/acqusition activities are officially announced.
Which leads me to some final thoughts ( my own opinions!).
I asked myself if the momentum or anticipation of any expectant news from CVIA, had any noted following?------One answer or conclussion that appeared very obvious to me ( but! just my own opinion!)--was the dramatic share trading volume that took place in the last 10 trading days!---CVIA traded approximatly 100 Million shares!----The volume I feel is much too significant for me as only a CVIA Shareholder to comment on, I will leave that to the experts!-- --But! In my opinion , Significant!
Then when I asked myself the question, what value do I feel that CVIA could attain, if, as and when a merger/acqusition were announced simultaneously?---I found that I was completely at a loss for even a guesstamit! Why? -----Quite simply in my humble and speculative terms!----- Right now! CVIA is a shell company, with no assets other than an apparent interest in two companies mentioned by others in previous postings, as well as in previous CVIA News Releases! ( Nothing major that I imagine, but yet mentioned!)--as well as an apparent substantial loss carried forward, if as and when a merger / acqusition is finalyzed/completed.
Hopefully in the near future we that have been patient and loyal to the CVIA cause , as well as loyal to Jack Arnolds single handed efforts in attempting to put value in our CVIA Shell, will have reason to rejoice?
Why? I asked myself would there be reason to rejoice? I can't quote the exact number of OTC-B.B. companies that actually make a profit, but my guess would be that the list is limited? ( Just my opinion!)
If , as and when, the merger does go through, and if the intitial acquisition does take place ( as some of us are hoping it does!), then it could be possible that our little CVIA shell company could leap directly into an earnings and profit scenario! ( Once again just my own opinion!--Everyone should do what is right for them! As has been mentioned several times on this thread before, each of you have worked very hard for your money, make sure that it is your decision that dictates how, where and when if you decide to invest in any high risk opportunities or otherwise!
Having stated all the risk qualifiers that I can think of I look forward to hopefully a positive future for our current shell company!
Time will eventually tell the outcome!
I realize that this was a lot of Blah! Blah!--but I'm trying to spend less time in front of the television, and quite frankly am personally starting to get quite excited about the potential of CVIA!
I will attempt to leave the CVIA Thread space open and available throughout the next week in anticipation of news! ( just my opinion!)-- And I will look forward to reading feedback, views and opinions from all of you, if,as and when the news is released.
Best wishes to all-----I have learned from all of you! THANK YOU!!!
