Well who would buy such a book written by some moron that is uneducated with only a G.E.D. to his credit and numerous technical training certificates. The only knowledge I have of finance is being a finance specialist in the Army back in the late 60s and being in business for 10 yrs. I have no credibility to write such a book.

I go against most of the internet traders logic. I refuse to listen to an industry FRAUGHT with mediocrity. No other industry do I know where you can be licensed and at the same time be totally incompetent when it comes to suggesting investment stocks. The worse are what I call the EPS freaks. Now these people are trying to apply the listed board stocks research on the OTC stocks. Now one thing I would like to point out is I know some NASDAQ and NYSE stocks with a horrible EPS trading over $10.00 and some OTC with a great EPS trading under $1.00. LOL Seems like a contradiction in terms. A good EPS is about as useful on this arena as wanting to trade a stock and you have the certificate in your hand.

Now don't get me wrong but an EPS is a great factoring point in making a decision. BUT this is the OTC arena with consist of companies just starting up and so forth. Most need there stock price up to make deals. SO what could be a great EPS in December may be a lousy EPS in January. Where the shares outstanding in December was 10M it could grow to 30M in January. Now remember we would not know until the SEC filing comes out which means we would not know for 90 days which is the time lag. SO as you can see to me an EPS means basically nothing. Now with that said what about stocks using their stocks as a financial vessel. Well first thing they need to do is get a PR Firm to tout it up.

Well ... I see a PR firm touted stock as a momentum play. Why? Because I believe the company needs their stock price up. However this firm is being paid with stock most likely and are selling it off as they can get the price up. To me that is not enticing so PR firm stocks are nothing but momentum plays with a lot of pretty pictures. Well these firms are very very good at getting the stock noticed and loved. However it seems that no matter how much buying gets bought to it and the volume goes up it only trickles up in price.

Well ... NO THANK YOU as far as I am concerned. Typically these stocks will announce a reverse split in the future. I just saw a news release of a reverse split by a PR firm and man-o-man they colored that puppy to look like a Mountain scene with a sparkling lake in the early spring. What is so Ironic is the dang thing gapped up with investors KNOWING they are going to have to give up 75% of their holdings. Go figure!!!

Shoot give me a company that could careless about its stock and will let the news releases speak for themselves. Good old meat and potatoes without the dog and phony show.

OK everyone keeps wanting to know where they can get the 6600 tickers on the OTC stocks... here is a place where I get them from.

cbs.marketwatch.com

Now I placed every ticker on a spread sheet. Then I placed them into groups of 200. Then I made 33 Yahoo portfolios and downloaded the database on each portfolio. I then open up a spreadsheet and put all that information on one spreadsheet and sorted by ticker last traded price. Then replaced the 33 portfolios with 12 portfolios from .0001 - $1.00. Now you know how I did it.

I am going to try and talk about Trading and topics like Market Markers, the infamous e-mail picks, and so forth. It will be just my opinion which will probably be flamed but hey its is only one man's opinion. Also I will talk about why I do not like some of the things you can fall into and loose your investment. Over the time of my posts here I hope some savvy investors will grace this board with their knowledge.

Happy Trading
