Paul -- At the risk of sounding "GOOF"Y (inside joke, right Mr. Weiss), rather than continue to speculate, why not pick up the phone and call HEARx Investor Relations first thing Monday, get your "innocent" questions answered, and report the results to this board. While you're waiting around for the start of business, I located the HEARx post I alluded to for your benefit: messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com If this proves to be less than true, consider the implications ... and consider contacting the SEC directly and immediately on our behalf! From your accusations, you seem to be against investors holding/exercising warrants and making money. Curious. That "other" Paul Weiss -- ingenious fellow: Started the "GOOFS" Board right here on SI that appears to exist solely to get people to bring HIM news of stocks to short. Now that's a SOPHISTICATED (and lazy) fella! Wouldn't you agree? My regards to YOU! I await the further results of your research.
