Lewis: A reverse merger is NOT a reverse split and it is important to know the difference and how the difference can affect the perception of the stock and the stock price. We have enough troubles without the word of reverse split getting around. :) To get a clear understanding of reverse mergers, read Sergio's posts on the old LUNN thread where LUNN merged with a previously non-public company now listed as ATPX. Even if CSMA does not go through this exercise, reading about reverse mergers is interesting reading and informative. C
