Does anyone remember this post? Does this sound like either hype or Walther had no idea of what was going on.

To All: President Ken Walker interviewed today on radio WEVD 1050 AM.
I'll be damn. Talk about serendipity. I was listening to NYC AM radio today, WEVD
1050 on the dial. The reason I was listening is that from 3pm to 3:30pm the program
announcer interviews upper management of "up and coming" companies. I was listening
for an interview of another company and lo & behold the announcer states "a few
months ago I was talking about a company in the $0.40 to $0.50 range that
subsequently rocketed to $4. It's now around $2 and according to his investment
banker friend investors need to be looking at this company. The
company?????SEXI!!!
The announcer then introduced the President; Ken Walter. The discussion started with
a brief history. Ken stated SEXI is a new company with Headquarters in Coral
Gables, Fla. It was formed because; at the time, there was a company called ICMX
that had a good product but needed money. They bought ICMX. Ken W. came on
board for SEXI in lat Feb. early March. Ken then went on to discribe SEXI's product.
I won't relay this part of his commentary since I'm asuming everyone on this board has
that knowledge. Leave it to say it's full motion video over twisted pair.
The announcer then wanted to know about SEXI's deals. Ken stated that SEXI is
teaming with "a number of large players" and that one of them is a major integrator
known as SAIC. The other players he cannot yet mentioned because the deals are still
on the table awaiting final signatures. Ken stated that they also have "quite a few
VERY HEAVY(my emphasis) contracts on the verge of signing", but that he cannot
yet mention them because these players are still awaiting their end of year budget
monies(I interpret this to mean that; as in many corporations, the dollar purse strings
are tied up on a quarterly basis, therefore before a corp. can go forward they have to
be within the new year/quarter to have the budgeted monies available). He also stated
that they are finalizing contracts in the federal sector.
Ken stated they are trying to trademark the term LVN(Local Video Network).
The announcer then gushed about the LVN market segment by stating that experts see
video teleconferencing as being a $15 Billion market by the year 2000. The announcer
went on to ask about the Telemedicine industry. Ken W. stated that this is a vertical
market application. SEXI "has several systems in a couple of major hospitals" and that
in this market segment there are such applications as video microscopes, etc.
Ken then gave a brief "resume history":
- He use to work in the directorate of operations overseas for the
CIA(see my earlier post regarding "spooks" & I mean this in a
most congenial way.)
- He was the director of Science & Technologies. It was in this
capacity that he discovered ICMX. The CIA ended up using ICMX in
some of their "classified" networks.
Then the interview ended with some more announcer gushing references and he closed
with stating you can get more information by dialing 800-380-2610.
Whew!!!! A lota typing in a hurry but I thought everyone might be interested. By the
way; WEVD 1050 is paid for by advertising, not by the individuals/companies being
profiled.(at least that is what was stated).

Hey, ALL SEXIANS: I'm soaring and I can't come down!!! MORE GOOD
NEWS!!! I've been convinced for quite some time, that SEI is ABSOLUTELY FOR
REAL, and now I'm having to reach for new superlatives to describe just how HOT it
is and I AM. Folks, this kettle is about to boil over!!! (IMHO)
After a couple days of laying low, gathering all my data, and checking with all the
sources I can find, these are the conclusions that I have come to:
1. Yes, Oh, Yes! SPRINT IS A DONE DEAL - signed in Nashville and waiting only
for the Sprint legal department's deliberate but certain approval. You say you already
know that? Well, (IMHO) SEI is about to shake it loose with something like "We can't
wait any longer to divulge this (by our standards) "significant" news , to our
shareholders - We're a public company, too, and must fulfill our obligations! So do it
now, or do it 2nd!" Well that's how I might word it, anyhow! I know we've all been
waiting for this for soooo long now, but consider, once again, just how big a deal this is
and the huge number of sales that it will bring in!!!
2. Oh, and the looong awaited Florida deal - not released! For good reason! Its not
yet signed! Something tells me that I WON'T BE ABLE TO SAY THAT AFTER
TOMORROW MORNING!!! Wouldn't it be swell to be able to say that it's just the
first of more to come from that same effort!?!
3. Then there's the talk of more trips abroad (FOR THE PURPOSE OF CLOSING
DEALS)!!! How about, say - just speculating, mind you - ALL of the government
Hospitals in Saudi Arabia, and Thailand's primary telephone carrier for exclusive rights
to sell SEI product to ALL OF IT'S CUSTOMERS, and 2 projects in Singapore
already under construction that will be installing well over 9,000 units total.
4. Closer to home - let's talk about NEW ORLEANS PARISH (that's their equivalent
of County Government) - who knows, but that might be as much as many hundreds of
units, all by itself (if, of course, it were already a done deal just waiting to be
announced) - and what a wondrous thought that the glorious State of Louisiana has a
number of LARGER PARISHES THAT WILL LIKELY FOLLOW SUIT!?! Just
speculating, mind you :) ;) :) !
5. All you number crunchers are gonna love this! With all these new unit sales being
bantered about, what would ya think if SEI has not been slashing it's price as has been
speculated here before. What if SALES ARE GOING SOOOO WELL that the
standard retail price has remained at * $5,995 * and BUYERS ARE HAPPY TO
PAY IT!!! (I think I'll even buy a couple, myself!)
6. Of course, if all this were really true, (and IMHO, yes, this is truly just the tip of that
proverbial iceberg!) then we should all appreciate that a current staff of 31 is MORE
THAN BUSY, JUST PUTTING TOGETHER AND CLOSING DEALS IN
HAND, and in all probability will not attend either the Anaheim or Las Vegas shows to
generate even more leads that would just have to wait. APPLAUSE, APPLAUSE!
The mountain IS coming to Mohammed (in a very respectful manner of speaking!) !
7. I am so delighted about financials being done and submitted! BETTER NUMBERS
THAN I EXPECTED! These are so new (not even back from the printer, yet) that I
find that most of the SEI management doesn't even have them. COPIES WILL BE
AVAILABLE FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICES IN CORAL GABLES ASAP
BY CALLING at (800) 290-4400.
Gee, its too bad that I don't have anything else to speculate about right now. Maybe, I
can dream up some more by tomorrow?!? Ya know what? If one were to believe all
this to be TRUE, they might just call this a "POUNDING THE TABLE BUY!" <g>
just to quote our hapless, now-out-of-the-loop "friends". Me? I thought I had already
loaded the boat, so I did the reasonable and prudent thing today, and JUST BOUGHT
MORE!!!
SEDONA (The only thing better than Paradise is a SEXI PARADISE!)
My guess is we may all be in trouble with this company, however as with all other stocks I own, I'm in it for the long term. SEXI's ideas are great and if the product can be sold (without hype) and real news is posted then we should all not panic. Regardless of what SEXI opens at, we all have to stay level headed and think of it as a long term stock. Good things are worth waiting for , right? If we all want to act like a team-stay cool and hold SEXI-put it in an IRA or a childs account. Something's got to happen.
