Greg, why do you not admit that you really have not done your homework on this particular company instead of just rambling on with innuendo in order to create concern?
This statement of yours :

"The credibility of Venezuela's mining industry will be on the line in this ruling. If PDG is
denied title, after having been granted the right to exploit the LC in a tender process
then the majors will most likely not come a calling. Stay tuned, the end is near."

Now, come on, try putting the word "illegally" between having and been
and see how the picture changes, as in: PDG is denied title (which they do not have, BTW) , after having been ILLEGALLY granted the right
to exploit LC.

I have spoken to PDG officials and perhaps you should as well as they will readily tell you that they have relied on the CVG almost exclusively in fighting this battle. IMHO, that was their fatal mistake.

As far as other companies, I have spoken to them as well and I will assure you that their decision to enter Venezuela will NOT be effected by the outcome of this case, although they might be a little more careful in ensuring that they have proper , unchallenged title and concession rights.

Your prior post (6120) is also filled with the same kind of uninformed propaganda.

a) The resignation of Ruiz: I have spoken to the necessary parties and to Ruiz as well. Although there was no solid information behind his resignation, I can assure you that there is nothing ominous here.

b)KRY has no credibility as an operator: Have you checked Sadek's credentials? Have you spoken to other companies in the Kilometre 88 area? You would soon change you mind if you had. Also, they HAVE given details as to how the mine will be built. Go to the SH forum and look for the correct post. I would give it to you but I think you are long over due as far as putting a sincere effort into doing SOME investigation into this company.

c) Rumours: Sorry, you cannot hold this against the company.

d)Carson: Again, something for you to do some homework on instead of just basing your opinions on assumptions and suspicions.

e)Credibility of Mael: This just shows your lack og homework.

f)Investment in Venezuela: WRONG, WRONG, WRONG. Yet again you base this on assumption and personal opinion instead of actually searching out the factual and relevant data. ;)

g) Rumours: You cannot hold this against the company and you are incorrect in your statement that Willson and Oppenheimer are not friends. Please call Mr. Willson up to clarify if you are so inclined.

I do not know much about Ascensio either but from what I have seen he has not impressed me as he seems to have impressed you. He has built his career from high profile strikes against companies such as Diana and Solvex but his overall record suggests that his success record is not as impressive as you might think. Many times, it seems as though he shouts loudly with the hope that he will be able to drown out any opposing opinions. His research is very good but, as his record shows, it is FAR from infallible.
