Weekly Portfolio

After looking at the horizontal movement of PFP I have decided that I will exit
that one on Monday morning as well, as it is only up 1/8th. That will leave $21,675
cash in the account and $15, 313 in equities. After looking at all the possibilities, I decided to place limit buys for the following:

300 shares CPQ
700 shares UTI (this will bring the holding to 1,000 shares)
600 shares PNF - sorry, couldn't resist reentry on this one

This will leave about $1,000 cash in the account, which is presently up about $1650 for the first two weeks. The seven stocks in the portfolio are PQT, PXD, UTI, FONR, CRUS, CPQ, and PNF. I expect the account to eventually settle into 4-6 stocks, down from the original 10 to those moving consistently. Increasing shares of UTI and PNF keeps the value of each stock holding about the same, while increasing the UTI holding puts money where the momentum is. A rather simple risk management tool, but effective. As CRUS, FONR or PXD move, they will either be sold or added to. Stops for these Monday buys will again be set on Wednsday morning.
