Maybe you get your quotes from Waterhouse Securities. On Friday, the quotes on INTCW were correct but even though INTCW closed down $1, the telequote (or whatever they call it) would say unchanged. Maybe whoever supplies the quotes to Waterhouse provides quotes for other quote servers and this is where you got confused.
