Bill, in Post 707 you stated that RYO needed to get the funds this week.
I agree with all of your points in your last post but am still trying
to get a handle on how much time RYO management has to either get funding
sell the company, or partner on Kemess. The formal bondholder debt
default date is certainly a major date as RYO loses control of their
own destiny on that date. The day they run out of cash is another. What
happens if they don't get the funds this week? What is the impact that
you implied in Post 707? As a shareholder I'm trying to assess the risk
of each additional day I hold. I realize the long term potential reward
and the short term gains of an acquisition, should that occur but am more
concerned with a Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Thanks for your input.
