Hey Jim, you have the drift of what I'm saying. I am checking my limited resources now. As far as I know the Shell well is nowhere near the ESSO well. If there is a second Shell well it would have to be the one your scouts have seen.

In any case it is good news, if the successful Shell well is to the SE across the old play, and both Imperial and Shell have hit it; then the play is enormous. (Assuming it is continuous)

If the well is only one and three quarter miles away that is great confirmation of the 'rumours' about the Imperial well.

I guess the best possibility is that there are two Shell wells and both hit oil! Too good to be true?

I'll keep digging , anyone else, any info?
