My trade, if I were a trader, buy now sell at 8 on a news spike. If I were you or CC I would short at 8 on the same news spike. I believe your short at 5 is a crowded party. That's why I like it as an entry for a long position. I tend to agree, based on the support the stock has shown. It could and might erode, but it seems that it's more likely to base here and pop to 8 on news, which would be a signal for profit-taking.
