Mr. Pearson, Your points on the effect of power and the fear of the powerful of this great new forum for the exchange of information are well taken. Nonetheless, Naxos has acted somewhat contrary to the general attitude of companies when it comes to the internet. Why was Mr. Brasington hired? They found in him a very credible and respected person whose insights permeated this thread for some time. They were concerned enough about this thread to engage him as the official company spokesperson to the people here. While the cynical will say that he was hired in order to take away well thought out critiques of Naxos (IWA, we rarely hear Kim say something negative about the company, but then again he has always been as bullish as you about Naxos :), the flip-side is would you prefer that he not have been hired? We cann't have it both ways. While things aren't perfect, I think we have it better here than with most companies, especially companies that are still at the research and development stage, as is Naxos. sh (FYI: IWA = I will admit.)
