I would appreciate your posting of your friends take on all this -- the one who went to New Orleans, #reply-3699550. I'd like to know how the company is explaining this to its members.

BTW, was your friend holding any options? I'm not asking how many, just if she has any. It will help us understand her distress.

It appears the CEO was too smart and too greedy for his own good. Had he done some things differently, things may have turned out different.
