Put it this way. Mike Crosby is the new president he will be reorganizing with a new group of investors behind him. Venga will
resume trading in the near future. I myself am an investor and have been in Venga long time. The previous management had not ran Venga well. This is going to change. I know a lot of the major investors
and can only say I like many of us look forward to a new future. A shareholder meeting will be called over the next 90 days.
