I thought about Russia and Mexico, which seem to be the cheapest
markets in the world. SEA is still quite expensive - at least,
if you look at Malaysia. My own strategy is not to go with ADRs,
go with closed-end funds. They provide enough diversification,
and, what's more important, are able to buy stocks inside Russia
for less. Any company trading here in the US is priced considerably
higher than its RTS-traded peers. -Vi
