Movement of share price is indeed irrelevant to book value as you say. However you have used book value in some of your fanatical remarks claiming ACRT will return to book value. Try not to get too transparent. I provided a scenario a few days ago. It's still current.

As far as TA goes, when done properly it tells me what ALL the hard working individuals see in 10K, 10Q and other filings. These people don't have the agenda you have since they are not possibly stuck in an unmanageable short position. They do their talking in the chart. To each his own. ALL these hard working fundamental detectives are coming to the consensus that ACRT is a steal in this price range. Since I'm not the only competent TA guy to see this, I will keep buying.

Your opinion of the facts seems to be greatly at odds with the majority of money moving in and out of ACRT at this time. Maybe by the time you realize this, you'll still have time to step off the train track.
