Have you read the most recent SEC filing for IMNF? It details somewhat the spin-off shares from first securities. It's a long read, but my take is we finaaly get the IMNF shares made tradable in May. I've heard we get shares for IMNF and also shares for "IMN Securities". It's not crystal clear though. As far as DAWCIN goes, I know nothing since this company has been completely quiet for ONE YEAR now, so why would anyone nuy shares? dave
