I understand. Thanks, was looking at it from too much of an individual's budget point of view, which is not applicable. I hate it when govt sectors have cash reserves, because thats our money and should be returned to us in tax cuts or refunds. I can see that for a publicly held company if the money isnt being used for enhancement, it shouldn't just sit there.
