J. Denno I talked to Kim Hart about 6 months ago and he said the property was on I-75 just across the Ohio border. If this is true it is a major artery into Michigan as you know being from Michigan. He mentioned there being 9 million people within 3 hours driving time to Detroit. At this location we catch a lot of traffic headed to the new casinos in Detroit and Windsor !! If we are attractive we maybe get them before they get downtown. The new Windsor Casino is scheduled to open in June and it is a dandy. Looking forward to the pre-opening party, I am just across the border near Windsor. What part of Michigan are you from ? Terry
