I am wondering if anyone knows whether Asencio's claim has been verified or been decided in a court to wit :

the original owner Lemon cancelled the attorney in fact or power of attorney agreement with Morales before Morales transfered his lien to others. Thus making all subsequent transfers null.

I have not found this one point addressed anywhere.

Does someone know?
