Gosh you sound a LOT like L.E. Even the same writing style. I wonder why that is? Now you are saying Ira is lying too... actually worse. You are saying that Ira is INTENTIONALLY misleading shareholders by mistating the results of the financial audit and that he misstated them in a public news release. I want to see the grounds for your accusation right now. I'd bet FAMH would like to see them too.
