I'm really impressed that you spoke to MO and all those highly placed people. Did any of them bother to tell you that the ONLY upcoming decision to be made by the court is an admittance decision. That is it. Assuming the three un-admitted motions are admitted there would be a discovery period, followed by a trial. This process would take approximately 9 to 18 months. I don't mean to burst any bubbles but just about every clown on this tread has NO IDEA what is really going on. You may all flame me and berate me. Following the upcoming decision, which Sousa always said would be done after Carnival, you will all see admittance only. Maybe after this SHOCKING event you will begin to listen to my next post. In the meantime, I hope everyone on this thread enjoys all this time spanking your monkeys while pretending to have a single troy ounce of understanding about what is happening in Venezuela.
