They generally get ALL of them as part of their quote service which is either Bridge or Bloomberg. The TI news was carried on both. No news release is put through all newswires at once. Companies generally select one or two knowing most firms on the street get all newswires as part of a package service. Either some of you are trying to kid yourselves about Wall Street not knowing about this news, or you are trying to hype some poor individual into thinking WS doesn't know yet so they'll run to buy the stock.
