BigKNY3....thanx for your posts...read your last couple of posts on the "into single digits" thread....I lost a substantial amount of money on vivus last year and sit on both sides of the fence concerning the law suit....would love to get ...some ....of my money back but also know that the law firms in this case will be eating my lunch as opposed to my family an i doing so....its more than a little upsetting seeing sales of this stock by one or more of the officers of this company that i was foolishly over invested in occurring so close to the bad news : as was posted not too long ago by another long...wish i had given the $ to the truly needy...(believe it or not there are a lot of them)..instead of the just plain greedy...If these charges are true lets hope the Boys get more than slapped...t.....still long..somewhat
