To my knowledge Ariels holdings haven't changed. Anyone that owns more than 5% of the outstanding stock of a company has to file a 13D anytime they buy more or sell any shares--until they drop below the 5% threshold. I think they have 30 days after the sale/buy to file. This is the Free Edgar site which lists all BCMD related filings--just click on which one you want to view, then scroll down the index on the left frame to the part you want to read. freeedgar.com If this url only takes you to the index, just follow directions to access all BCMD filings.
