Don, do you know the approximate offering price for the new Loral? I was wondering, in dollars per share, how much is the $714M is cash? I've read a little on satellite ventures, and I think that Bill Gates and/or Craig McCaw is in some huge satellite startup. Do PanAmSat's (SPOT) satellites cover the same target mkt as Loral? I think I read that SPOT's satellites are in a lower orbit or something, whatever that means. I had been interested in buying Globalstar when it was around 37, but the bid/ask spread is just way too much - I have no idea why. Thanks for sharing you comments.
