Regarding the financials, I don't know what to expect. I'm not sure the prior press release didn't simply take some Zulu revenues and pile them on top of Softbanks. The Softbank financial side is likely quite good. There's a rumor as to what happened in January, how much money was made. But this don't count.

The point I was trying to make is even if the numbers come out lousy, they probably--on a comparative scale--will be just as lousy as other internet stocks. But the big boost here--good numbers or bad--is that the company will henceforth be operating against the backdrop of audited information.

My point about Lair I'll pose as a question for anyone out there: Do you firmly believe that Steve Lair will function as CEO of both ESVS and Zulu, without an audited report behind him?

My answer is: No, he won't.

My bet is that everyone out there will agree: He won't.

So expect 'em!
