My point about Lair I'll pose as a question for anyone out there: Do you firmly believe that Steve Lair will function as CEO of both ESVS and Zulu, without an audited report behind him? My answer is: No, he won't. My bet is that everyone out there will agree: He won't. You would loose you bet IMO. I would assume that a high powered exec would gladly take on a company if he saw that the company was sound and the direction not too far from his own vision. He would certainly demand to see numbers but probably not audited numbers if there were none. He did good inside an organization. Question is: has he done equally well as a CEO?
