John, you asked whether I believe Ira intentionally misleads shareholders. I don't know that he necessarily premeditates his misleading statements, but he definitely gets carried away in his attempts to promote the company. The end results are things like inflated earnings and missed deadlines. No doubt he eventually regrets his mistakes, but I find it offensive that instead of owning up to his mistakes, he becomes hostile and actually tries to blame others, like the conference call where he downgraded third quarter earnings by stating that FAMH only made .03 in the third quarter "contrary to some of the feedback I've been receiving from the internet."

I know that the veterans of this thread are tired of hearing about how Ira inflated the third quarter earnings by 100%, but that's an important part of recent FAMH history. For a newcomer trying to judge Ira's credibility, and his claim of .1085 EPS, it's an important piece of the puzzle.

BTW, I have given Ira many chances to explain how he made such a huge error, and he has made it clear to me (on four separate occasions that he does not want to discuss it.

John, I find it fascinating that intelligent people like yourself would waste your time attempting to discredit every negative poster on this thread when your time would be better spent looking more closely at Ira.
