To quote directly from the article ... ETrade could move up to four-star status by bringing more real-time information to the trader during the execution process. Decide for yourself. I too was under the impression that the confirmation was a real-time quote. Sounds like the evaluators may have botched that. However, free real-time quotes would be a very nice addition but I believe you can purchase access to them (I'm not inclined to pay for them). What do you mean by "how is the speed of etrade"?
