I don't know much about SEXI, all I know is I'm a disappointed shareholder.
What I did learn from this experience is that the electronic world
has made it simplier for people to "rip off" other people. Placing
misleading information, as some politicians like to call it,
on the internet was morally wrong. I think whoever placed the adds
on the newswire was calculating and they knew what they were doing,
they were milking the cow until it wouldn't milk anymore. Now you
have a very rich CEO or the S.O.B. with our money, probably spending
it in some foreign country, while we're here trying to comfort
ourselves from our losses.
What I do say is if everything turns out for the best, great. But
if it doesn't, lets unite, assemble, and crush them as far the law
permit us.
Anyone have any legal advice it'll be helpful?
