John, I agree, and honestly believe that the audit came about because of the embarrassment caused by the 3rd quarter fiasco. Bravo for FAMH to correct the problem and make sure it didn't happen ever again. The only thing that concerns me from that press release is that it didn't say diluted earnings of .1085. Although I believe it was stated as such in a conference call or by a thread member confirmation, it would have put the issue to rest if it had been stated in that press release. Since it wasn't we have to live with the ongoing speculation. Kevin
