To all Andrew Viet over on the ACRT thread raised a good question regarding AHG and a recent class action suit brought against the company.

Message 3718097

Although the message was intended to discredit Mr. Pink, and although Mr. Pink's feelings are hurt by Viet's rudeness, Mr. Pink is a compassionate man and understands that Viet has lost a considerable amount of ACRT and is understandably upset.

The class action suit brought against AHG is de rigeur in the aftermath any merger, especially one as unsuccessful as the Homedco/Abbey Health combination. It is precisely because of the problems caused by the merger that AHG shares have traded down to 12 bucks from the high teens earlier in the year.

This lower share price and the potential turn around is what interested Mr. Pink and other investment professionals to the situation.

Joseph Littlejohn and Levy have agreed to recapitalize the company. JLL who led the Kendal buyout which resulted in a 5X return is highly regarded in medical company acquisitions. In addition Michael Price of Mutual Shares also owns nearly 10% of the company.

Cerberus Partners, experts in the field with a large stake in Coram Health recently filed a 13D.

So, many sophisticated VALUE investors willingly made the investment long after the management problems surfaced.

Notice too that Mr. pink does not follow the Wall Street pack. Out of 10 analysts that follow the stock only 2 recommend the shares, the rest have sell or hold recommendations.

So, Mr. Viet, your comments are really not very insightful. You attempt to criticize Mr. Pink but end up embarrassing yourself with your lack of knowledge.

Mr. Pink
