ALL: Sedona John is right here with the rest of you, still holding 6000 shares and reading EVERY AGONIZING word posted. I have already shared my grief and disappointment publicly in prior posts, and now, I'm just waiting (along with all the rest of you) to find the Truth of what has happened to us.
I've been pretty numbed by all of this! Most of the time, wishing that I didn't feel so compelled to keep reading, and feeling like a deer standing in the middle of the road staring into the onrushing SEXI headlights.
Since my name has been mentioned, just thought I'd share my 2 cents worth. My enthusiasm has always been for real! I was a continuous buyer for months (believing in and expecting the best from a righteous company), always putting my money where my mouth was (way too much for my own good), and have been suckered as bad or worse than most (my loss - my shame!). Now, I have already lost a lot more money than many of you have invested. Not looking for any sympathy, but don't want anybody to start bashing on ME!
I certainly understand (and share) the pain of some of the long-time posters, but, intending to keep MY pain to myself, and since I have had nothing OF VALUE to add, I've had no desire to post anything. It has been very disappointing to see all the vicious and vulgar things said here in the last couple thousand posts. Way too much negativity for my tastes!
I am especially concerned with the possibility that SEI might not trade again, and worried about suggestions (some by NEW POSTERS starting on SEXI since or around the date the "financial statements" were filed) that seem to be inciting other posters to file suits and complaints and encourage delays in trading. IF SEXI NEVER OPENS, WE ALL GET ZERO FOR OUR SHARES. My question, of those in the know about these things, is "What happens to the Shorters if SEXI never opens?" If there are no shares to buy (AT ANY PRICE) are they let off, scott free??? If this is so, perhaps we should be questioning the unknown motivations of NEW posters without real names and "unavailable" e-mail addresses, OR ANYONE WHO SUGGESTS ACTIONS THAT COULD HAVE THE EFFECT OF SHUTTING SEI DOWN PERMANENTLY!
I'm not suggesting a "witch hunt", just some caution regarding those that seem to want to fan the flames of hate and discontent. We need to concentrate on whatever positives that can be found out there, and I don't mean hype (God knows we have had enough of that!). Lets hope that this company can pull itself back together, somehow, and trade again. Let's keep it, and ourselves, as positive as possible, and hope that there is some REAL good news released before it reopens.
Thank you K.C. for the supportive postings and for continuing to research SEXI and C-MAC. George Kirlin, has your friend at SAIC been able to shed any light on the Truth of the SEI/SAIC relationship and actual sales? And to our good Captain, Linda, and Chuck, please continue to shed whatever light you can on who the Good Guys are that may yet save the day for SEI and all of us remaining shareholders.
Anyone that has REAL, FACTUAL information (pro or con), please share it. Otherwise, my opinion is that we ought to back off the hyperbole, finger-pointing, and gnashing of teeth; and pray that SEI still has a real product, and enough people of integrity to recover from this disaster. BLESSINGS ON THEM, ALL!
