Don't be so sure about "no substantiation of the negative news", at least Barry Witz was resigned as Director of Osicom around the time of Barron's article due to his health problem, and I am pretty sure that he is still healthily and actively living and he still is a major shareholder of FIBR.

Does he still have any involvement in FIBR's business? Including unoffically?

Any way to confirm that and any clue why this was happened?
