You've evidently seen/read the independent report from Dickman, Sullivan. Assuming the S.A. group executes a letter of intent on the property this week, aren't they going to want to do significant due diligence on this property? They wouldn't rely on the Dickman report with a deal this size. What is the time frame for closing a deal like this?
