To all: Ind. Investor article Feb.98 Headway HDWY This was also a staffing company that made it to Nasdaq by crawling into a shell.I don't know the value of it before the switch but it looks like it came onto the Nasdaq board around $4.00. This company also did a lot of acquisitions along the way boosting the revenue by 800% since 1995. CEO said it was cheaper way to get to Nasdaq than an IPO. Margins in high 20% range and analyst says the stock should hit $8 on 24 times earnings. Looks like ours, Bumper
