RE: Zip prices

In the CC last Q, the earnings shortfall was said to be partly attributed to price cuts. Those price cuts have only deepened. Evidently, the pressure to keep Zip sales up has forced them to lower prices since the demand is simply not there to support sales targets.

This is Economics 101.

If they were selling as much as they could make, there would be no incentive to lower prices.

This Q's earnings should really help in demonstrating the damage price cuts can do to the bottom line.
