I do because the samples required processing by the Johnson method
at a third party location (CMRI). Sure CMRI MIGHT have maintained
security over the unprocessed samples but CMRI isn't going to be held
accountable for the validity of Al Johnson's processing methodology.

Johnson could have salted the material during "processing" and no one
at CMRI could be held accountable because chain of custody does not
include verifiying the legitimacy of a procedure that is not currently
approved in the mining industry and that is apparently required before
the samples can be standard fire assayed.

Note that Behre Dolbear stated that they had no comment on the
methodology used by Naxos (meaning the methodology could be completely
bogus)
