Bill-ask your broker to fax you the news history headlines for ISSI off the Bloomberg terminal, assuming his firm has one. One of the sellers actually sold some at 8 or 8.125 I recall. But apparently the Singapore investment firms paid less than 1.00 for their shares--it was part of a venture capital deal originally I understand Just don't understand WHY sell NOW with such a strong cash hoard to whether the storm. Earnings out Oct28 p.m. ISSI more heavily into commodity sram than IDTI and IDTI's total sales were off 15% sequentually.Their cash levels however are better and they have the best b.s. of all the memory cos.So the downside risk doesn't look that large.
