ibm still on weekly sell... it's not going go anywhere for awhile. it's dead money for it to be standing still for 1/2 yr.. esp, when other techs have rallied.. im expecting a top in the mkt soon.. we may see a tech rally this week.. all my opinions.. ibm will prob test 105 at the most (if it decides to join the tech rally). any bad news from techs will override technicals.
