Hey Small Cap Bill, welcome to SI and congratulations on your very first post! I see you "advising" people to keep their mouths shut about SEXI, yet you offer some pretty strong opinions yourself. So I'd like to know: Who exactly is your broker and why do you have restricted shares. I could see you having "unregistered shares" if your account is at a certain brokerage, but I do have to question whether you have restricted stock, unless you are one of the many consultants Huttoe "hired" for work. In which case perhaps it is you that will spend Christmas in jail? Secondly, you make a pretty bold statement: <<I can assure you the only outcome of this investigation will be that the stock will not trade again and several key players will be in jail for Christmas.>> Pretty strong words coming from somebody who can't even list their EMail address. But then again, maybe you have been "lurking" out there watching the board for several months. Yeah, right. And in all that time you've never once posted on any of the threads. I told people the negative hypsters would be out in force over the weekend and Monday.
