If I may jump in, the market has responded to the company's press release, ie. flat share price. GLR still has some/a lot of convincing to do. Past press releases have led the market to be suspect of anything coming out of GLR's offices. GLR had applied for the rights, and during a 30 day contestation period, a Senate committee launched an investigation into the granting of the veta rights. Market reaction seems to suggest that the ownership of these rights is very fragile at best. As GLR seems to "act" as an informal subsidiary of Placer Dome, it is difficult to get a straight answer from GLR. They don't have a 1-800 number, but can be reached quite easily. Their storyline is always the same, ie. we have a great deposit, PDG will prevail over KRY and everything is going well.

It is my opinion that GLR's future will be decided by either PDG or KRY. Until then, it is a wait period for all. GLR has only a single asset, Brisas and cash. GLR will wait for the outcome of the Las Cristinas dispute and will then have its options determined for them.
