I happen to belong to Bally's (they took over Holiday Spa, where I joined years ago, and I have a very sweet renewal deal). The people I see on tours are generally pretty young, and seem like they are not sharp contract readers that might spot a bad long-term deal. Bally's is remodeling my gym - no new equipment yet, but they have torn the place apart and eliminated half the workout space during the remodel, we will see how it turns out. Big banners hang outside the facility - "Sign up and save now during remodeling" So you think it's a good short?
