Butcher, baker candlestick maker... now that was funny. thanks
I am what I am. And as I have said before, I am jsut looking for an open forum where I can dicuss issues that effect the PC industry and the stocks of PC industry leaders. I am looking for a forum that has intelligent conversation from knowlegable people that like to have fun, but have no time for name calling, jibberish, or anlysis based on emotion.
As far as my asking about cpq's new vertical model I am intrigued has to why one would beleive that a model that was created in the 1960s and has basically played its course, would now suddenly be once again in vougue. It seems crystal clear to me that customers have voted with their checkbooks that they do not find value in this model, so there must be something that I am missing, I hope I can found the answers to my questions and thought this would be the best place to look.
as far as my investment decisions in the PC industry it is pretty simple...sell CPQ, buy Dell.
as far as my profile... whats a profile... I am kinda new here
I do appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you in a civil (sometime humorous way) without us getting all bent out of shape
If the hate mail from people with no value add does not get too obnoxiuos, I am sure we will have plenty of opportunity to share our views on many other topics
