I am glad the thread is alive again. I was wondering whether
GNT will continue to go up since the probability that interest rates
will go up is high and since refinancing was the big issue for GNT,
for once rising interest rates might help a mortgage company.

I realize that the takeover of the Money Store is also helping -- to say
nothing of the rather promising valuation.
