Here's some interesting information from Australia.

First here is a comment from another thread (Shaw stockbrokings forum)

Subject: Some Formulab info for Jurgen Konig.
Comments:

As a concerned investor, I decided to speak to Formulab
recently, and I managed to have a brief chat to Claire
Marshall in their US office.

She mentioned that the half year results will be available
on or about March 9th. The results were supposed to be
available mid-February, but she claimed that the results
were put back due to some US legal requirement.

MidWizards 3 major US retail stockists had sold out of their initial supplies and re-orders were being dispatched. She
claimed that she could not mention the amount of copies
shipped due to legal requirements, however the company
was extemely pleased with volumes sold.

She mentioned that all the executives at the company
have acknowledged that all recent announcements were
viewed as being meaningless unless supported by signed
deals and potential dollar/business value to the firm. She
also claimed that future announcements/deals will include
this info.

She finally claimed that the company was actively
continuing to pursue opportunities, and are in discussion
with some parties. She confidently closed the conversation
by claiming that share holder value will be restored.

Hope this helps.

Second for Diane here is a copy of the Evaluation Agreement Signed with Tandem

SAN JOSE, Calif., July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Formulab Neuronetics Corporation (Nasdaq: FNCLY; Australia:
FNC), through its U.S. subsidiary Richter Paradigm Corporation, today announced it signed an Alliance agreement with Tandem Computers Incorporated (NYSE: TDM) of Cupertino, CA. The agreement commits
the two parties to pursue activities that promote the use of each company's products. For its part, Richter Paradigm Corporation will ensure that its technology will remain compatible with Tandem products and technologies. Richter Paradigm will also take steps to license its products, both hardware and software, to Tandem's installed customer base, network of system integrators and other Alliance member companies. In exchange, Richter Paradigm can take advantage of a myriad of support programs and services Tandem has developed to promote the use of Tandem enabled computing solutions. "We are pleased to welcome Richter Paradigm Corporation to the growing number of Alliance Partners who are focused on providing Windows NT-based solutions," stated Patrick Smyth, Tandem's Vice President of Worldwide Marketing.
"The hardware and software elements of the Neuronetics Technology, added to the framework of Tandem's enterprise computing solutions, create an exciting, value-added, opportunity for Windows NT developers
worldwide to create truly intelligent systems in the very near future." "Partnership is one of the key strategies we intend to execute as we commercialize the Neuronetics Technology," said Robert P. Lee, Formulab Neuronetics' recently-appointed President and CEO. "Tandem's focus on 'mission-critical, enterprise-wide'
solutions on the Windows NT platform fits well with our strategy to bring advanced reasoning technologies to a wide variety of disciplines and market sectors." As a result of discussions with several leading
members of the Alliance to license the Neuronetics(TM) Technology, Richter Paradigm Corporation has begun its first evaluation of agreement which is presently underway involving the use of the Neuronetics technology in an expert system development tool. The advantages of Richter Paradigm View(TM), an
all-visual development environment, and the ease of new application development are key leverage points being investigated. Other areas of evaluation interest include network performance enhancement,
improvement of business rules expert systems and intelligent data mining applications. The goal of the activity is to work closely with these solution providers to quickly integrate advanced reasoning and logic functionality into their existing product lines. Future activities may focus on entirely new product developments, including the use of Formulab Neuronetics' unique parallel processing hardware, potentially under joint development agreements. Formulab Neuronetics Corporation, based in Perth, Western Australia, has developed its Neuronetics Technology to be used in a wide variety of applications where advanced reasoning and logic processes are required. The technology provides a complete solution from a development environment running on both the Windows(R) 95 and Windows NT(R) operating systems to a variety of run time environments including PC and non-PC platforms. The company has demonstrated a fined-grained, parallel processing, computer for execution of applications developed using the Neuronetics Technology. The vanguard of this technology is the unique, all-visual development and PC run time environment called Richter Paradigm View(TM). This component-based software supports the development of complex reasoning processes using a point-click-connect regimen. Icons, representing reasoning functions, are connected by weighted links to define the flow and use of data. No textual computer language skills are needed or used in this environment, making it ideal for application experts as well as software programmers. "This partnership affords us the opportunity to work with a number of other Alliance member companies who are at the forefront of solving real-world enterprise management problems," Stephen A.
Saller, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Richter Paradigm, said. "The combination of their insight and knowledge of the needs of the market and our products' ability to quickly embed advanced reasoning solutions will enable the rapid deployment of new, intelligent products for the global enterprise."
Founded in 1974, Tandem Computers Incorporated designs and delivers technology solutions that companies rely on to compete in a business world that runs 24 hours a day. A US$1.9 billion company, Tandem employs nearly 7,000 people worldwide, has more than 180 offices, and supports customers in more than 50 countries. Subject to approval of Tandem's shareholders as well as clearance under the antitrust laws and other customary closing conditions, the acquisition by Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE: CPQ) is expected to be consummated in the third quarter of 1997. Formulab Neuronetics Corporation (FNC on the Australian Stock Exchange - ASX and FNCLY on the Nasdaq) is a world leader in the development and commercialization of advanced logic and reasoning technologies for a wide variety of markets and applications. Richter Paradigm View, a highly-intuitive, all-visual, component-based
development environment, allows for the rapid development, upgrade and maintenance of real world solutions such as decision assistance, real-time signal processing and advanced fuzzy and conditional
logic. Paradigm View runs on several runtime environments including the industry-standard Windows(R) 95 and Windows NT(R) platforms. It also runs on an embedded runtime environment, the NeuroCard(TM), that
today supports data interface through the PCI-bus, and can be customized to a large variety of industry-standard data protocols. The company has also demonstrated the operation of a highly-parallel,
fine-grained processing architecture, the NeuroComputer(TM), that executes applications developed in the Richter Paradigm View environment. This parallel processing architecture is undergoing product specification and design based upon the requirements of industry-leading partners.
